Rates incl. Tax (presently 11% / 6% sales tax + 5% tourist tax) -
except for Christmas and Easter, when we have to add the
11% Tax.
Rates incl. electricity usage up to USD 20.00 per week. Additional
usage is charged at USD 0,15 / KWH and can either be paid cash
or balanced with the security deposit.
Rates incl. water usage, etc.
The final cleaning charge is $ 130 and is collected by our local
property manager

Children up to the age of 12 are free
Children between the age of 13-16 get a 30% discount
we can offer special discounted rates for rental periods exceeding 4 weeks

Terms of Payment:

At confirmation of booking a downpayment of EUR 500 is due.

This payment also serves as the security deposit.

Rent for the full booking period is due 6 weeks prior

to begin of the rental period.

In case of booking at short notice - 6 weeks prior to begin of the

rental period - the full rent is due

Up to 45 days prior to arrival, 10% of the rent for the full period.

44 to 30 days prior to arrival, 30% of the rent for the full period.

29 to 22 days prior to arrival, 60% of the rent for the full period.

21 to 8 days prior to arrival, 80% of the rent for the full period.

< 8 days prior to arrival, 100% of the rent for the full period.
